Per
Call Connection Fee of 39¢ applies to all calls within the U.S.
International Per Call Connection Fee varies depending on country
called (see International Rate Chart).Rates vary based on state and
country called. Calls originating from or terminating to Non
Regional Bell Operating Companies or wireless receivers will be
charged a higher rate. Federal, state, and local taxes and USF
charges apply. All rates and applicable charges are subject to
change without notice or in accordance with legal requirements. 49¢
Service Fee applies weekly after initial use. All calls are billed
in one (1) to three (3) minute increments. Application of
surcharges, taxes and fees has effect of reducing total minutes on
card. Services are provided by TelePro Communications, subject to
terms and conditions of its federal and state tariffs. Cards are not
renewable. The provider is not responsible for lost or stolen cards.
This card has no cash value. Do not return to retailer for refund.
MINUTE INFORMATION ASSUMES ENTIRE CARD IS USED ON ONE CALL.
Expiration Date : 3 months after first use, or 12 months
after date of purchase, which ever comes first. All purchasesof PINs
are final. In the unlikely event of a defective PIN, Cognigen will
in no case be responsible for any refund or exchange more than 30
days after purchase.
